We accept RTO only when a complete 180° or 360° unboxing video is provided before opening the product package. This video is required as proof to verify the condition of the product upon delivery.

If any damage or issue is found and a clear unboxing video is shared with us, we will take full responsibility and provide a suitable solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–4business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
